How often should industrial solar modules be cleaned?+

There is no universal interval. Cleaning should respond to measured soiling loss, rainfall, dust or process emissions, water quality, access, safety and the economics of the recovered generation.

What is performance ratio?+

Performance ratio compares actual plant output with the output expected from measured irradiation after defined normalization. Sensor quality, availability and the agreed methodology affect the result.

Can Sun Wave take over a plant built by another EPC?+

Yes, subject to an asset and document audit. The handover should establish monitoring access, condition, open defects, warranties, baseline performance and the boundary of corrective work.

What should an O&M report contain?+

At minimum: generation and availability, weather or irradiation quality, alarms, downtime, loss analysis, maintenance performed, defects, safety events, warranty status and actions requiring owner approval.

Does O&M guarantee a fixed generation number?+

No provider controls weather, grid availability or the original design. A responsible contract defines controllable availability or performance methodology, exclusions and remedies instead of guaranteeing an unsupported annual number.
